Phil is a former Assistant Coach at Northants Cricket, having held numerous coaching roles there over many years including Head Bowling Coach. Retiring at the end of the 2019 promotion winning season, Phil’s tenure coincided with the most successful period in the club’s history, including reaching 3 T20 finals in 4 years and winning the trophy twice.

Since retiring from the club, Phil has been involved in elite Coach Mentoring for the ECB and can be heard regularly on commentary on radio and the club’s own livestream output.

Learn how to bowl seam like a pro with top tips and insights. The session will cover the technical, tactical and mental aspects of seam bowling across the various formats of the game.

Numbers are limited to 16 players to ensure a coach ratio of 1 to 4 players. Due to the specialist nature of this course - it is aimed at experienced cricketers (of any age) rather than beginners.
